If there is one thing that we want Italian inventor Andrea Rossi to do, that is to provide us a definitive explanation of his e-cat Low Energy Nuclear Reaction technology. This is not only to convince us that his claims are true but also to show to the skeptics that e-cat LENR device is not a work of fiction. We know that until Rossi cannot give the theory behind the operation of his energy catalyzer fusor, the scientific circles will be hesitant to give their full support. In his official blog The Journal of Nuclear Physics, Rossi stated that he will publish an article stating the theory behind the nickel-hydrogen fusion process as well as the operation of his e-cat reactor. This is of course very interesting news from Rossi and his associates. As a matter of fact, the announcement receives a positive feedback. It is now much anticipated by many and hopefully Rossi will not fail us.
E-CAT REPORT IN SEPTEMBER
With much enthusiasm, Rossi revealed that he hopes to release full report of his e-cat device in September this year. This is in addition to the other promises he made on his website including the market release of the domestic e-cat next year. Rossi also mentioned that significant information on his inventions will be disclosed to the public within months, rather than years. This is definitely something big that the e-cat worth has been waiting for. The revelation of e-cat LENR theory will soon be out and people are eager to wait for it.
Rossi e-cat is considered as the first commercially successful LENR device in the 21st century. It may be the most revolutionary source of energy that we cannot give a cold shoulder. It certainly deserves so much of our attention and time. Meanwhile, let us wait and see.

Can anyone deliver the goods?
Has anyone ever ever delivered on the promise of cold fusion LENR on real cost effective basis? In other words MONEY out is greater than MONEY in?
Rossi and his Ecat so far HAS NOT delivered the goods.
No real customer has ever gotten their hands on one.
What is to make of that?
That is the question. Is it a scam?
I think that the answer to that will be for each person to judge. How many years are you going to wait before a Rossi Ecat is sold not only to a “real customer” but to more than one “real” customers?
So far no goods have been delivered.
My guess is some people will call it a scam 6 months from now, some a year, some two years etc.
Who cares about MIT, National Instruments etc. Where is the working, produced and sold Ecat?
That is why I say my “best answer” IS NOT TO LISTEN TO PROMISES BUT WAIT FOR THE REAL DEAL!
As long as the Rossi Ecat remains an unfulfilled promise speculation as to its relevance, effectivity and conspiracy theories will thrive.
