In answer to a question posted in his blog, Journal of Nuclear Physics, Italian inventor Andrea Rossi tells us to expect that Leonardo Corporation will soon be given the certification probably for the Andrea Rossi E-Cat that is designed for home use. It should be remembered that he originally estimated the release of the Home E-Cats by the autumn of 2012. A couple of weeks later, he declared that the schedule is going to be in about a year or two.
Recently, it has been announced that they had a breakthrough and the mass production of the Andrea Rossi E-Cat for home use will be sooner than expected. It is safe to assume that these developments are stirred by Defkalion Technologies’ hopes to sell their Hyperion E-Cat home units at around 4K Euros per 45kW. Here is the full text of Andrea Rossi’s latest statement in a letter posted at his post:

Dear Pietro F.:
The certifications are in course, we will have them made within Autumn 2012.
Warm Regards,
A.R.
And the most recent declaration from Andrea Rossi is the optimistic declaration that his company has taken a big leap forward in the development of the Andrea Rossi E-Cat for home use. He obliquely refers to a lucky idea and the new partnerships that he has gone into as the fuel of this new development.
People who have been following the saga of the Andrea Rossi Energy Catalyzer must have realized the roller coaster ride that we are all forced to take together with Andrea Rossi. And the recent announcement of an imminent government certification for the E-Cat Home is another highlight of this ongoing roller coaster ride. It will be interesting to see where this story will finally end.

Just remember we have not seen proof positive that a single 1 KW or 1 MW E-Cat actually works only Andrea Rossi telling us how his tightly controlled tests performed and that a secret customer was satisfied with the results and purchased the 1 MW E-Cat and ordered 12 more and now plans for 1,000,000 E-Cats in 2012 but no location or photos of a production line anywhere to build them.
Who will be funding the production of 1,000,000 ? Who will engineer the prototype into a mass production model.
If the Italian government is certifying the household E-Cat, then usually with this sort of thing a lot of people are involved. And when a lot of people are involved, there is usually a leak. Where is the leak?
